Can i disenchant soulbound items

Bill J. Post by Bill J. The market for shards on my server is crazy, and I have heard of, but not witnessed, cheating on disenchanting BoE's for a tip. Even if they dont allow DEing other people's soulbound items, should they at least allow DEing for BoE's to work like lockpicking or enchanting?

It should cause the resulting dust, shards, etc to open a loot window for the owner of the item. Personally, I think allowing DEing other people's BoP items this way would be a good thing for the enchanting market, too it would be in line with the recent changes to Herbalism and flask recipies, I think.
